Overview
Flowmatic is a self-hosted, open-source application. When you deploy Flowmatic on your own infrastructure, your data stays entirely on your servers. We do not operate a cloud service, and we do not collect, store, or process your workflow data.
Data We Collect on This Website
When you visit this website, the following data may be collected:
- Contact form submissions — Name, email, and message content when you contact us via the support form. This data is sent directly to our email and is not stored in a database.
- Server logs — Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and access times. These are used for security and diagnostics only.
Self-Hosted Instances
When you self-host Flowmatic, all data — including user accounts, workflows, execution logs, and API keys — is stored in your own PostgreSQL database on your infrastructure. We have no access to this data. You are responsible for implementing appropriate data protection measures for your instance.
Third-Party Services
Flowmatic workflows may connect to third-party APIs and services as configured by you. Data sent to these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any service you integrate with.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or advertising pixels.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we may hold about you. For self-hosted instances, data management is entirely within your control. For any privacy-related inquiries, contact us at kirill.levitskiy@gmail.com.
