By accessing or using Flowmatic (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.

Flowmatic is open-source software. Your use of the Software is subject to the applicable open-source license under which it is distributed. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Software in accordance with that license.

3. Self-Hosting Responsibility

Flowmatic is designed to be self-hosted. When you deploy Flowmatic on your infrastructure, you are solely responsible for:

  • Server security, updates, and maintenance
  • Data backup and disaster recovery
  • Compliance with applicable data protection regulations
  • Managing user access and authentication credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flowmatic to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt third-party services through workflow automation

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers of Flowmatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.

Flowmatic workflows may interact with third-party APIs and services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
